About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Cobb's Hill Manor  Assisted Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals who may require assistance with daily living activities. This position is essential in ensuring that our residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported in their home environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to fostering a nurturing community where residents can thrive and maintain their independence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
  • Ability to pass a background check and physical.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging them in social activities.
  • Ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Documenting care given to each resident.
