We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team serving patients in Teaneck and North Bergen, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for schedule flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home exercise plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
