Job Description
Join an expansive regional dry van network servicing the 11 Western states. We are currently accepting applications for our Western division, offering a structured environment for both CDL-A graduates and established road professionals. Our model is built on high-volume lanes, no-touch freight, and a reliable 14-day rotation schedule.
Professional Driver Compensation (6+ Months)
- Weekly Revenue: Average gross settlements range from $1,300 to $1,500.
- High-Performance Ceiling: Top-tier operators earn up to $1,700 per week.
- Safety & Mileage Incentive: Additional $0.08 CPM bonus based on performance metrics.
- Consistency: Assigned regional lanes with predictable bi-weekly home time.
Entry-Level Field Training (CDL-A Graduates)
- On-Road Development: 4–6 weeks of intensive mentorship with a certified field trainer.
- Fiscal Stability: Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the entire educational duration.
- Orientation Incentive: $300 bonus applied to your first settlement after transitioning to solo.
