Job Description
St. Charles, MOStand Strong Fencing is growing, and we’re looking to add a motivated Sales Representative to our team! This position focuses primarily on residential fencing sales and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and controlling their own income potential.Position Details
- Part-time or Full-time opportunity
- Commission-only compensation
- Earn 7% of total revenue on sold projects
- Company vehicle provided
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Meet with homeowners to discuss fencing needs
- Provide estimates and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
