$1.50 Shift Premium for all hours worked on 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Summary

The position for Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining and monitoring current inventory levels.  The Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk will conduct cycle counts and location audits, assist in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and work with other departments on inventory needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain parts inventories.
  • Process purchase orders as needed.
  • Track orders and investigate issues.
  • Perform physical counts of inventory in order to maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods, restock items as necessary and label shelves as needed.
  • May work on the production floor and operate equipment to move product, supplies, parts, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Experience:  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.   Experience with inventory management is a plus.  Must have computer skills to communicate and process data, preferred experience with CMMS, L2L, Google Suite.
  • Skills:  Must be able to perform basic math.  Must be able to problem solve.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  Must be able to read and write English.  Must have attention to detail.  Must be able to operate a powered industrial truck.
  • Age: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Physical Abilities:
    • Ability to stand for long periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.
  • Environmental: Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Compliance: Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
