SoftWash Systems Sales and Service Tech Are you looking for a 6-figure career opportunity? Do you want to be in control of the sales and service cycle?Do you want to be the captain of your own ship?Do you want to get paid directly in proportion to what you produce and bring to the company?If the answer is YES to all of these, then SoftWash Systems can be your new home. Pay Structure:• Hourly base pay • Plus, production bonus• Plus, sales commission
85 – 125 K

This is a high-performance, outside sales role with service production execution.
You will: Sales Responsibilities
- You will visit homes where customers already need service
- Listen to the customer’s cleaning needs
- Present options confidently
- Close the job on the spot
- Schedule your Service Appointment
- Keep the CRM accurately up to date
- Be on time for your service appointment
- Clean the entire scope of work
- Ensure every job is done right the first time
- Create a 5-star customer experience on every job
- Generate repeat and referral business (marketing)
- Represent SoftWash Systems as a professional subject matter expert, not just a technician
