Kaiser Aluminum Chandler Arizona is seeking a reliable and skilled Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced aluminum manufacturing facility. Production Operators are responsible for performing various tasks to support the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn.

Hourly pay rate: $19.33

Twelve (12) hour shifts 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM

Two days on, two days off, three days on and three days off

What will you work on:

Assist in the assembly line process, ensuring all products are accurately assembled and meet quality standards.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as needed.
Fabricate and assemble parts, components, and tools, following specific instructions and guidelines.
Operate in a warehouse environment, handling raw materials and finished goods with care and efficiency.
Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and forklifts to perform tasks, such as cutting, drilling, and lifting.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the factory.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to learn and operate various equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Experience with assembly line processes, hand tools, and power tools.
Familiarity with forklift operation and basic mechanical skills.
