What You'll Do:

• Be a trusted guide—help customers find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle that fits their life, style, and soul
• Make motorcycle deliveries a true event (we’re talking cheers, selfies, maybe even tears of joy)
• Stay in the know—research models, customizations, and cool gear
• Walk the walk and talk the torque—explain features, options, and why this isn’t just a bike, it’s a way of life
• Create loyal fans by delivering exceptional, unforgettable customer experiences
• Collaborate with a passionate team that works hard, plays hard, and rides even harder

What You Bring:

• A magnetic personality with an unstoppable passion for people
• Drive, hustle, and a goal-crushing mindset
• Confidence to own your space, but humility to be a team player
• Willingness to learn the ropes—and then burn rubber past expectations
• Integrity, accountability, and genuine respect for our customers and the Harley-Davidson legacy

Experience in motorcycle or automotive sales is great—but not required. We’ll train the right person with the right passion.

You’ll Excel If You:

• Know how to connect with people and make them feel at home
• Love talking about bikes, freedom, and what makes Harley-Davidson a legend
• Handle physical activity (you’ll be on your feet and moving bikes—some weighing up to 900 lbs)
• Have a valid motorcycle license or are ready to earn one ASAP
• Are ready to meet state occupational licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process)
