Daycare Teacher – Infant, Toddler & Preschool Programs
Location: The Learning Experience – Cascade, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a dependable Daycare Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through structured routines and hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with young learners in a collaborative and supportive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support daily classroom routines and learning activities across age groups 
•  Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
•  Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning 
•  Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers 
•  Assist with classroom preparation and activity setup 
•  Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members 
•  Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies 

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED required 
•  Prior childcare experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
•  Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children 
•  Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
