Description

Children’s Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Surgery Associates (COSSA) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Physician Assistant to provide overnight inpatient pediatric orthopaedic coverage at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

This position is designed to support the pediatric orthopaedic service line through dedicated nighttime hospital coverage, including consults, floor calls, emergency department evaluations, postoperative patient management, and first assist support when needed. The role will work closely with COSSA’s fellowship-trained pediatric orthopaedic surgeons and will serve as an essential extension of the inpatient care team.

The schedule is anticipated to consist of either:

  • Three 12-hour overnight shifts per week, or
  • Four 10-hour overnight shifts per week

depending on operational needs and candidate preference.
