Daycare Teacher – Early Childhood Classrooms
Location: The Learning Experience – Beltline, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a caring and dependable Daycare Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment where children build confidence, social skills, and early learning foundations through structured routines and hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young children in a collaborative childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support daily classroom routines across multiple age groups 
•  Implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences 
•  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
•  Guide children through meals, rest time, learning centers, and transitions 
•  Encourage positive social interaction and classroom participation 
•  Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members 
•  Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies 

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED required 
•  Prior childcare experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
•  Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach 
•  Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
