THE BASICS

Pay: We offer our Compliance Specialist a competitive wage of $18 per hour.

Schedule: This is a full-time position working evenings and weekends, with a schedule of 11 AM to 8 PM.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

In this role, you'll review and process firearm documentation, conduct applicable checks, and ensure every record meets strict regulatory standards. Your day may involve preparing and submitting NFA paperwork, auditing serialized inventory, and performing compliance reviews to maintain accuracy and accountability. You'll play a key role in validating firearm sales records and responding to trace requests, while ensuring compliance with ATF, NFA, state, and local regulations. Your precision and diligence help protect the integrity of every transaction and process.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records
• Ability to follow detailed regulatory processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accountability

An associate degree in Business, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in compliance, quality assurance, firearms operations, or administrative support. Familiarity with ATF regulations, NFA processes, and firearm compliance procedures is preferred, along with strong technology and record management skills.
