Job Description
Position Summary:
- Responsible for obtaining diagnostic quality radiographic images according to pre-established guidelines. Schedules and observes time-management techniques according to departmental productivity and efficiency standards while observing a quality patient care experience.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate of a radiographer program.
Experience Requirements:
- One (1) year of clinical Radiation Technology experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Licensure in Medical Radiation with the state of Mississippi is required. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology. BLS Certification is required.
