• Full-Time AM: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Full-Time PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Part-Time PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rates by Shift

• AM Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $25.00/hr
• PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $25.50/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on, direct resident care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and communicate changes promptly
• Partner with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
• Strong attention to detail and resident safety
• Long-term care experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person
