Overview:

As an Inventory Coordinator at Fleet Feet, you play a crucial role in keeping our store operations running smoothly. From receiving shipments to ensuring accurate stock levels, your attention to detail will directly impact the customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy behind the scenes while occasionally engaging with customers on the sales floor.

Working closely with the Inventory Manager or Operating Partner, you'll help create a seamless flow of product into and out of the store, supporting both in-store and online sales success.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive and process all incoming products in the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.

  • Fulfill online customer orders, ensuring items are correctly picked, packed, and ready for curbside pickup or shipping.

  • Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Process product returns per Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Prepare and complete store transfers as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional back-of-house inventory area.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

  • Assist on the sales floor by outfitting customers and supporting store initiatives when needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort with inventory systems.

  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and organizational habits.

  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • Self-motivated and dependable with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

  • Willingness to support other team members and go above and beyond when needed.

  • Customer-focused and collaborative with a positive team-first mindset.
