What You’ll Do

• Check patients in and out efficiently and warmly
  
  
• Answer phones and manage patient flow with confidence
  
  
• Handle billing and payment collection accurately
  
  
• Educate patients on supplements and clinic services
  
  
• Sell supplements and services with integrity and enthusiasm
  
  
• Teach potential patients about our concierge membership model and encourage enrollment
  
  
• Scan and upload documents into patient charts
  
  
• Support the clinical team by keeping operations smooth and organized
  
  

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–6:00pm
  
  
• Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
  
  
• Flexible hours, with the expectation of consistency and reliability
