Job Description

Our organization is seeking motivated individuals who share our vision of protecting and conserving the world’s oceans! We are a team of dedicated scientists committed to sparking a lifelong passion for marine conservation and awareness. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in fieldwork, data collection, species identification, and outdoor education while contributing to meaningful environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply skills such as fish identification, field sampling, and data collection techniques.
- Conduct water quality testing and lead data collection projects.
- Support Lead Scientists and Support Staff in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Prepare and deliver at least one lesson or presentation per session.
- Help maintain and organize program materials and supplies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all program participants.

Eligibility
- Enthusiasm for marine science, conservation, and education.
- Previous experience in scientific fieldwork, research, or teaching is preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check is required.
