Shifts: 

1st: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

2nd: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

3rd: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am 

Pay: 

$14.75 - $16.75

What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and Assembling containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
  • Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
  • Check Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
  • Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
  • Collaborating & Training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
