Schedule Options

  • Full-Time: In-office clinical assisting
  • Part-Time: Operating room assisting
  • Hybrid: Combination of both- still fulltime 


Responsibilities

  • Assist dentist chairside during pediatric procedures
  • Help create a calm, positive experience for children
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
  • Support operating room cases (if applicable)
  • Follow infection control and clinical protocols
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and team members


Qualifications

  • Age 19+
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable and coachable
  • Comfortable working with children
  • Dental experience preferred but not required
  • radiology license is required 
  • Certifications (if applicable) will increase compensation


Compensation Structure

  • Pay is based on experience and certifications
  • Higher earning potential for:
    • EFDA
    • Coronal Polishing
    • Previous dental assisting experience
