Position Overview
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude

  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

  • Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries

  • Maintain accurate patient records

  • Coordinate communication between patients, parents, and clinical staff

  • Support overall front office operations

Qualifications

  • Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Experience with dental software is a plus
