BUSSER at Destination GN's Hunt Club Steakhouse

Here is your opportunity to join the area's premier fine dining team as a member of our professional front-of-house food service staff. Busser is a great starting position for a career in Food & Beverage or as an entryway job leading up to server/bartender.  Bussers receive tips in addition to their hourly rate.

JOB DUTIES

  • Set and reset dining tables quickly and accurately
  • Clear plates, glassware, and utensils throughout service
  • Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, upcoming patio, and service stations
  • Assist servers in delivering food to guests
  • Polish silverware, glassware, and other dining items
  • Stock linens, plates, ice, and service supplies throughout shifts
  • Help prepare dining areas before service and clean up after closing
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly guest interaction
  • Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Assist with banquet, golf outing, and special event setups when needed
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Respond promptly to guest and team member requests
  • Help create a welcoming and polished dining experience for members and guests

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or bus tubs.
  • Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Agility to navigate crowded or tight spaces.
  • Physical dexterity for tasks such as cleaning and setting tables.
  • Capacity to bend, stoop, and reach comfortably.
  • Endurance to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
