The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing healthcare team. What You’ll Do

As a CMA, you’ll play an essential role in keeping both patient care and daily operations running smoothly by:

  • Welcoming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures
  • Recording vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately
  • Assisting providers with clinical procedures, including injections, EKGs, and specimen collection
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and supporting patients with questions and follow-up care
  • Coordinating prescription refills and prior authorizations with pharmacies and insurance providers
  • Ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, stocked,  properly equipped and ready for patient care
  • Upholding patient confidentiality and following all healthcare compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with EHR systems preferred
  • A positive attitude and patient-first mindset
