| About the Role |A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking a Network Engineer to join its growing team.
This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on-the-job training.
| Key Responsibilities |・Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments・Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues・Provide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as needed・Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients | Qualifications |・Must be authorized to work in the U.S.・Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required) ・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)・Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindset | Preferred Qualifications |・Experience working in a Windows-based environment・Basic knowledge or interest in network security concepts・Experience with server administration or IT infrastructure support・Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, network, or system-related issues | Schedule & Benefits |・Monday–Friday (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)・Torrance, CA (on-site)・Insurance, sick leave, and other company benefits
| Compensation |・$40,000 - 45,000/Annually (starting salary)*This is the starting range for the position. Salary will be reviewed after the first year, with opportunities for increases based on performance and contribution.
