Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Receiving Specialist to join our growing company. You will assist logistics to receive incoming equipment 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Essential Functions:

  • Unpack equipment and inspect for damage or defects.
  • Use inventory management software to update inventory records.
  • Downloading data from equipment
  • Sort and place materials on shelves, in racks, or in designated warehouse areas.
  • Miscellaneous tasks may be required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in English 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (often 25+ pounds) and stand for long periods.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory databases.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously with little to no direction; self-managed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

  • Experience working with established procedures and documentation

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Office, and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
