Infant Teacher – The Learning Experience - Dedham Pay: $22–$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the infant classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
  • Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each child’s social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Communicate daily with parents about routines, milestones, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers to create consistent, caring routines.
  • Partner with the Center Director and staff to maintain quality standards and achieve center goals.
  • Adhere to all Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
