Other duties may be assigned. Promptly and professionally greet clients on the drive for express maintenance Obtain client and vehicle information Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for the work being performed Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently Explain the repair process, review the inspection results after the oil change has been completed while providing an active delivery (review of services performed) of the finished vehicle.
