Inbound Sales Agent

Guardian Tax is looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our high-performance inbound sales team. This role focuses on speaking with individuals who are actively reaching out for help with IRS debt and tax relief solutions—no cold calling or prospecting required.

You’ll take inbound conversations, identify client needs, present tailored solutions, address concerns, and confidently close sales.

Work Environment

This is a high-energy, performance-focused sales floor where activity stays constant and momentum is high. Calls are continuous, results are measured, and success is recognized regularly. Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office position (Irvine, CA)
