In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we provide a safe and inclusive work environment that appreciates diversity, promotes development and allows our associates to be their authentic selves. Salary Range: $52,000 - $67,600Annual Bonus EligibilityComprehensive Benefits PackagePaid Time Off401k & Company Match#LI-CW2Key Job Description:·        Consistent production of a high quality product in a Bread Baking facility while incorporating Safety, Production, Warehouse, Production and Sanitation standards.·        This position is committed to ensuring the best quality products, excellent customer service by maintaining regular quality audits (AIB), Good Manufacturing Practices, compliance with Federal/State/Local regulations (FDA, OSHA, Dept. of Agriculture, Dept. of Health), HACCP, meet or exceed Global Food Safety Standards (BRC), environmental compliance and DOT mandates.·        SMART team member.·        Will be required to work in various positions in the bakery while in training.·        Transfer of knowledge in Production, Warehouse, and throughout the bakery.·        Participate in quality improvement and process waste elimination efforts.·        Co-Responsible for Regulatory Affairs including inspections conducted by AIB-BRC, FDA, NYS Ag & Markets NYS Dept. of Public Health, Kosher (Rabbinical, private & NYS), NYS DEC, US EPA, customer inspections.·        Will learn and may assist Production schedule, associate schedule, dough schedule and wrap schedule.·        Complete special projects as needed.·        Develop, implement and maintain processes, documentation, records, systems and practices for training on all positions in the bakery.·        The range of training or learning and development associated with this position will encompass on boarding, job specific training for operators, safety training to include OSHA compliance, skill development for all associates.·        Position will support all bakery operations (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, Shipping & Receiving) with training resources. Key Behavioral Competencies:
