As a Mattress Firm sales consultant, you will help customers to choose the best mattress for their needs. We have mattresses from the lowest price point to high end. So, no matter if a customer is shopping for the lowest prices or the highest in comfort, we have just what they need. 

We guarantee $1,680 per two week pay period during your initial 120-day onboarding and training period.

  • Thrives in both team and independent settings.
  • Quick to learn POS and computer programs.
  • Physical flexibility for showroom activities.
  • Availability for retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
