SALARY RANGE: $20.00/Hourly – NO BENEFITS
WORK SCHEDULE: Up to 20 hours per week on site, with flexible scheduling based on academic commitments.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing operational processes, documenting workflows and developing clear, effective training materials for employees. This role works with MPO management to standardize operations, improve efficiency, and ensure staff are properly trained to perform their roles consistently and accurately.
