This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in banking or build on existing experience in a supportive, team-focused environment. This position can be based in either our Abbotsford or Medford office.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, timely support to customers over the phone and in person
• Assist with account-related needs including transfers, debit cards, online banking, and general inquiries
• Research and resolve customer questions, errors, and fraud concerns
• Process transactions such as ACH, wires, and electronic transfers with a high level of accuracy
• Support daily operational tasks including reports, document imaging, and procedure updates
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately while maintaining a positive, helpful experience
• Participate in a rotating schedule for extended hours (until 6:00 PM on Fridays and occasional Saturday mornings)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to problem solve, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
