Our Customer Service Representative position is for our newest Kittle’s Furniture store opening in Hamilton Town Center (Noblesville, IN)

Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service while supporting business office operations, including payment processing, recordkeeping, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth store transactions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service in-store and over the phone
• Process customer payments, financing applications, refunds, exchanges, and sales orders
• Handle cash drawer balancing, deposits, and cash management
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Assist with customer issues, complaints, and resolutions
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams on deliveries and order issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment & Requirements

• Retail store and office setting
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Evenings, weekend and holiday availability required
