Occupational Therapist Assistant - Pediatric Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes

- Implement individualized treatment plans to promote developmental, sensory, and motor skills

- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to supervising therapists

- Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic activities and strategies to support ongoing development

- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in compliance with agency policies and regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or registration

- Prior experience working with pediatric populations preferred

- Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes

- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to care
