We are seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Plymouth, MN as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

As an Assistant Property Manager, you help people find their next home and get them connected in the community.

Responsibilities 

  • Create job requisitions and post positions through the applicant tracking system (Paylocity).
  • Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate and new hire travel when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting.
  • Identify process efficiencies and enhancements within assigned duties.
  • Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc.
  • Manage background check and drug testing processes employee documents, entering information in the HRIS  system and assign new hire training through learning management system.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environment 
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
  • Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently. 
  • High integrity – trusted, direct,  truthful. Embodies confidence and admits mistakes.
  • Understand what it takes to deliver a  world class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Compensation and Benefits for Talent Acquisition Coordinator: 

Pay Range:  $24.18 -  $30.24/hour 

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
