Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our growing Greenwood Village, CO team. We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive individual who is eager to learn the fundamentals of physician recruitment. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, helping you build a strong foundation for a future career in recruiting.

Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

  • Maintain and update the internal provider and client database with recruitment-related activity.

  • Proactively source physician and advanced practice provider candidates through outbound calls and emails.

  • Review CVs and identify qualified candidates for current opportunities.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and support day-to-day recruiting efforts.

  • Analyze recruitment reports to evaluate outreach effectiveness and candidate viability.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled student in a 4-yr degree program at an accredited college or university (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).

  • Interest in sales and/or physician recruitment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives.

  • Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills required.

  • Strong organizational and computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM proficiency a plus.

  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Organized with attention to detail.

  • Ability to engage in sustained concentration.

  • Ability to multitask in a time-sensitive environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is part-time position (32 hours per week).

  • Regular presence in office is required. A hybrid work schedule is available, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

  • Must be able to communicate accurately for up to 6 to 8 hours per day.

  • Engage with co-workers, candidates, and clients via phone, email, video calls, and/or text on a timely and regular basis, and be able to compile and provide verbal and written confirmations of information 67-100% of the time.

  • Must be able to review emails, web pages, reports, resumes, CVs, presentations, and other items or people either virtually or in person up to 8 hours per day.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
