Description

• Assists the lead teacher in providing and managing a warm, safe, healthy nurturing      learning environment in which each child can grow intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
• Meets children' needs in all areas. 
• Carries out appropriate, positive, guidance as established by the teacher. 
• Implements  program goals.
• Participates  as a cooperative and supportive team member.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Worked with children for at least 1 year in a group setting.
• Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its      teachings. 
• Early Learning Center employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is      consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church. 
• Their public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the policies of the Diocese.
• Current DCF 45 hours, or willingness to complete.
• First Aide certified, or willingness to complete.
• Fire Extinguisher Training to be completed.
• CDA, or willingness to pursue.
