Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management. * Resolves all return to vendor shipments to ensure proper credit for defective product, as well as, stock balance returns. * Picks product for return shipments, receives repaired product into the warehouse and properly maintains accounting and DAX records. * Works with the planning team and vendors acquiring return authorization. * Sorts and moves materials to racks, shelves, or bins according to current Returns guidelines. * Maintains all RTV inventory and recordkeeping utilizing spreadsheets and DAX. * Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) previous warehouse environment experience.

Musical instrument/equipment knowledge preferred
