Overview:

This Human Resources role supports a variety of human resources initiatives. This role will assist in hiring processes, performance management and development processes, and administration of human resources activities and programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources and knowledge of human resources best practices.

Job Description:

  • Assist in all areas of human resources: talent management, comp and benefits, compliance, HRIS, HR communications
  • Support development and administration of HR practices and policies including usage of ADP systems
  • Deliver HR programs as a generalist, monitor and measure success

Qualifications, Skills, Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources
  • Experienced in administering human resources best practices and delivering HR programs
  • Knowledge of FLSA, Leave administration and Worker’s compensation a plus
  • Experience with ADP or similar HR systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, etc) a plus
