Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft unseres gesamten HR Teams (HR Business Partner/Advisor, HR Administration, Recruiting, Payroll sowie unserer Head of HR)
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycles (z. B. Eintritte, Veränderungen, Austritte)
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten in unseren HR-Systemen sowie bei der Digitalisierung von Unterlagen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports, internen Kommunikationen und HR-Auswertungen für HR Advisor/Business Partner und Führungskräfte
  • Mitarbeit bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für interne HR-Prozesse, z. B. im Bereich Payroll oder Vertragsmanagement
  • Übernahme kleinerer eigener Aufgabenbereiche und Projekte, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen HR-Teams
  • Möglichkeit, verschiedene HR-Themen kennenzulernen und je nach Bedarf in unterschiedliche Bereiche hineinzuschnuppern (z. B. Recruiting, operatives Personalmanagement, Projekte)

Dein Profil:

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, HR, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar (Immatrikulation erforderlich)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalwesen oder in administrativen Tätigkeiten von Vorteil, idealerweise im DACH-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse
