Join a meaningful, hands-on role where care and connection come together. As a Activity Aide, you’ll support individuals in an adult day program by providing personal care and helping lead engaging daily activities that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Position Summary:
Provides personal care and assists with daily activity programming in a supportive adult day setting. Observes and reports changes in client condition, supports meals and hygiene needs, and helps create a safe, engaging, and respectful environment for all clients.

Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time positions available
  • Scheduled daytime hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful personal care (hygiene, toileting, transfers, mobility support)
  • Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
  • Assist with meals, snacks, and light cleanup
  • Support and help lead daily activities and engagement programs
  • Take vital signs and weights as assigned
  • Make reminder calls and help coordinate daily attendance
  • Assist with documentation and communication to care team
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • NA certification not required (training provided)
  • CPR and First Aid required or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Spanish speaking not required, but encouraged
