Create a Clean, Safe, and Comfortable Home for Residents

Join a mission-driven team where your work directly supports the health, safety, and comfort of residents. As a Housekeeper, you help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Position Summary:
Performs routine and detailed cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas while following infection control and safety standards. Ensures a consistently clean, organized, and home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Schedule:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and equipment
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, dining areas, lounges, and offices
• Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas
• Dispose of trash and follow infection control procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Housekeeping experience preferred, not required
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Dependable, team-oriented, and service-focused attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs occasionally
• Continuous physical activity throughout shift
