As a Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring resources reach individuals and communities around the world. You will support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and service excellence. 

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS), scanning tools, and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Package shipments in accordance with carrier and postal requirements, using proper materials and methods.
• Process shipments using shipping software, including selecting delivery methods and generating labels.
• Apply USPS and carrier regulations when preparing outgoing mail and packages.
• Adapt to changing processes, procedures, and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistently meet or exceed established productivity and quality performance standards (KPIs).

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience, including WMS usage, preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, communication, and label generation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to learn and apply shipping rules, processes, and procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and moving materials safely.
