We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Business Operations Intern to support our U.S. operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, physician engagement processes, and day-to-day operational support. The intern will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.Â
This is an ideal opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field who is interested in gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

Conduct research to gather and verify professional contact and background informationÂ
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and completenessÂ
Track deadlines and assist with administrative follow-upsÂ

Provide general operational and office support, including organizing materials and tracking inventoryÂ

Education and Experience:Â
Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related fieldÂ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Â
Strong research and communication skillsÂ
Ability to handle confidential information with discretionÂ
Previous internship or administrative experience preferredÂ
