PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE I

Tempering Oven Loader/Unloader

• Total compensation based on experience. Pay rate $16-$18 
• Weekly Pay
• Quarterly safety and production bonus opportunities
• Shift Days and Hours Monday – Friday 7am- 7pmpm (potential overtime and occasional weekend work)

Who You Are:

A highly motivated individual with a can- do attitude who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manual lifting and moving of various materials including glass from one position/location to another to
  expedite the production process.
• Ability to read labels and understand codes for production.
• Verify settings on equipment, when applicable
• Read, understand, and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection of glass, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
• Maintain continuity between shifts by communication and documenting actions, issues, concerns, and continuing needs
• Complete documentation for production and quality
• Perform different job functions when needed.

Skills You Bring:

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate using the English language to process paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred but not necessary

• ABILITY to lift 75lbs independently 
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)
• Basic computer skills is a must 
• Committed to Safety work practices.
