LNA - Licensed Nursing Assistant - Be part of something new and exciting at Warde! Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our dedicated care team.Full and Part time openings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

We are opening a brand-new short-term rehabilitation unit and are looking for compassionate LNAs to help shape the culture, care experience, and success of this growing team from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join a modern rehab environment focused on teamwork, exceptional resident care, recovery, and meaningful connections.

Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. We provide a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are truly known, respected, and cared for according to their individual needs. Competitive Pay

· Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience

· Base + 11-7 Shift Differential $2.00 during the weekday and $3.00 during the weekend

Exciting growth is happening at Warde Senior Living! As we prepare to open our new short-term rehabilitation unit, we are looking 

for caring and motivated LNAs to join our team. 

In addition to standard LNA duties, you will:

· Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift  

· Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care  

· Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met  

· Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards  

· Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect  

· Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18
  • Must have High school graduate or GED
  • Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
