  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and move work forward

  • Track key activities, risks, and dependencies across initiatives

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate program

  • 3–5+ years of prior professional experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA for the duration of the internship

  • At Moderna, we are focused on delivering on our mission by enabling talent to thrive. For this role, we are currently unable to offer immigration sponsorship. Candidates must already hold work authorization in US and be able to maintain that status without the need for future sponsorship

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, consulting, or technology

  • Familiarity with AI, data, or digital tools in a business context

  • Experience working with data to support analysis, reporting, or decision-making

  • Experience supporting projects, operations, or process improvements

  • Ability to work across teams and navigate ambiguity

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative
