• Deliver exceptional client service and support client needs, including handling service requests and renewals.

• Assist in new business processes, program management, and insurance coverage procurement.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Risk Managers, and Carrier Partners as a liaison.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, carrier websites, and client-specific processes.

• Stay current with systems and ensure timely, compliant management of emails and documents.

• Contribute to special projects and seize training opportunities for continuous development.

• Foster team success through strong relationships, knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy as well as organized, self-starting, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to shift focus and manage time to prioritize workload and to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Lead by example
• Display strong verbal and written skills while communicating with your team

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
