We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our pressroom team as General Workers for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) & 3rd shift (11pm-7am). General Workers play a vital role in supporting our press crews by performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in the pressroom. You will be hands-on in our production process, contributing to high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Press Operations: Assist press crews in various tasks to ensure smooth production and high-quality output on commercial printing presses.
• Maintain Equipment: Help with the setup, operation, and maintenance of press machinery.
• Packaging and Shipping: Assemble, label and pack products, preparing them for shipment.
• Material Handling: Use equipment to move products and materials efficiently and safely.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support daily production goals.
• Learn and Grow: Participate in on-the-job training and development to advance your career.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

• Strong basic math skills required
• Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity and reliability
• Basic working proficiency in English required

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (both oral & written is desired)
• Previous experience in a Warehouse environment desired

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Must be able to stand 8 to 12 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• May be exposed to hot/humid and/or duty work environment
