Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Eureka, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Mission-driven outpatient dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult patients within a collaborative, team-based environment

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately 50/50 pediatric and adult patient mix
• Team-supported outpatient dental practice
• In-house pediatric referral support available

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for children and adults
• Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molars
• Collaborate closely with dental support staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
• Refer advanced pediatric cases internally as appropriate

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $183,000 – $225,000 annually
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time

• Spanish language differential pay available

Requirements

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
• Commitment to mission-driven and community-focused dentistry REQUIRED
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care REQUIRED
