Job Description
Creation of Documents & Materials (30%)
Develop timelines and schedules for application cycles and promotional campaigns
Create application forms, flyers, and recruitment materials
Design logo and branding materials for leadership initiatives
Organize and categorize leadership opportunities into accessible “buckets” for student engagement
Student Outreach & Communication
Connect with Regis students to promote leadership opportunities (e.g., campus organizations, KCRU radio station)
Serve as a liaison between students and faculty/staff to facilitate communication and engagement
Digital & Social Media Support
Prepare social media content for use during the upcoming school year (e.g., Instagram and Campus Gropus)
Collaborate with Marketing to make website updates, including removal of outdated materials and updating relevant pages
Administrative & Liaison Work
Assist with updates and review of existing Regis Corps documentation
Provide administrative and project support to program leaders as needed

Collaboration & Workflow
Participate in weekly meetings with supervisor to determine priorities and timelines
Meet with campus stakeholders as needed to provide updates and gather input
Maintain shared documents and track progress using a OneDrive system
Estimated Workload & Compensation
Approximately 5–7 hours per week between May and August
Estimated total earnings: $1,500 for the summer (cap of $2,000)
Qualifications:
Must be an active Regis student in good standing.

This position is benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
